Owners / Electricians / Designers / Staff
Having a background in banking has helped me to understand and manage the day to day duties of running a Texas Corporation.  My duties at Electric, Inc. range from basic bookkeeping and financials statements to estimating projects and bid negotiations.  As a Real Estate Broker I also have the expertise required in contract negotiations to get the best possible price for the owner with the best possible solutions for getting the project done in a timely manner.
I started in the electrical field as a house wireman at the age of 18, giving me 42 years of experience in the electrical field.  I acquired my Master Electricians license in 1972 and Contractors license in 1973.  Being licensed in several cities as well as a Texas Master Electrician I am able to participate in projects throughout Texas.  Having the knowledge and expertise in load calculations I am able to do design build projects.  I still like to have “hands on” contact with the field employees in order to better expedite the project and make sure that our clients get the best job they possibly can.
I have worked in administration in the construction field for 28 years including 10 years in the electrical field.  My duties include but certainly are not limited to, office administration, assisting estimators in bidding projects, routing service calls, monthly billing, collections,  employee relations and monthly reports for the CEO.
I started in the electrical field 23 years ago and currently carry a Journeyman License. I have worked as a Field Superintendent for Electric, Inc. for the last 6 years but still willing and able to “jump” in there and help get the job done in order to meet deadlines.  My day to day duties are to see that all projects are properly manned and that each project has the required materials on site. My knowledge in managing projects as well as employees helps me to see that projects are completed within the budget time and money.
